Detroit MC and producer Black Milk dropped a new track late last week on his SoundCloud page, released under the independent label Computer Ugly. This is the fifth song he has released since 2014’s excellent If There’s a Hell Below, and the second to feature his own vocals.
“Everybody runnin’ for the spot on top, don’t fall/ I don’t need much, naw, but I hustle like I need it all,” he spits over his own masterful production work. Black Milk has released 13 albums (collaborative or solo) over the last 10 years, and he’s showing no sign of slowing down. Expectations are running high for his next project, and if this track is any indication, he won’t disappoint.
