Attention all fans of high-stakes video game driving and high-speed verbal freestyling, this story is for you. This afternoon, Detroit emcee Danny Brown and rap provocateur Tyler, the Creator are taking a seat with Rockstar to play Grand Theft Auto V online. Other members of Bruiser Brigade and Odd Future will be in on the fun, too: Dopehead and Skywalkr from the former, and Taco and Jasper Dolphin of the latter.
Brown and Tyler, who come to DTE Energy Music Theatre next Saturday, September 26 as part of a larger tour, will test the game live beginning at 3:30 EDT. Brown is no stranger to the gaming series, having contributed the track “Bad News,” featuring Action Bronson to the compilation Welcome to Los Santos.
