Big Sean signs to Roc Nation, releases four new tracks

Detroit rapper Big Sean has gifted fans with a whole slew of exciting conversation pieces this week, including his sudden signing with Jay Z’s Roc Nation management, and the release of four band-new tracks online.

Big Sean has clarified that he will remain affiliated with G.O.O.D. Music, but will allow Roc Nation to assist with management responsibilities moving forward. Sean will join the ranks of Roc Nation artists such as Kanye West, Rihanna, Meek Mill, Santigold, DJ Mustard and others.

In addition to working on his third studio album (to be released via G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam), Big Sean welcomed himself to the Roc Nation team by releasing four new tracks, including a new production by Hall of Fame producer, and Detroit-native, Key Wane. The surprise releases included: “Paradise (Ransom Intro)” produced by MikeWillMadeIt, “I Don’t Fuck With You” featuring E40 and produced by DJ Mustard/Kanye West/DJ Dahi, “Jit/Juke” produced by Nate Fox/Da Internz/L&F, and “4th Quarter” produced by Key Wane.

In wake of Big Sean’s musical announcements, the aspiring fashionista also has sneaker heads anticipating the September 13 release of his Adidas-styled “Metro Attitude” sneakers.
